In 1989, the company Computer Ausrüstung und Organisation (computer equipment and organization) was founded by Michael Schultz, now General Manager.
1989 to 1998
During that period, our main focus was on IT infrastructure (hardware implementation), user support and software implementation. Our customers were primarily lawyers, small-size industrial enterprises and media companies. At that time, we completed a large diversity of implementations, conversions and projects for our customers.
1998 to 2001
In 1998, we moved our base from Munich to Starnberg, and our primary focus became complete outsourcing contracts with customers from the media and advertising sector. The prerequisite for that was 24/7 on-site technical support. For these customers we handled the entire internal IT department with all the necessary activities this usually includes. In close collaboration with the customer we developed comprehensive adjustments and solutions for their increasing demands and requirements. This particularly included database programming and solutions.
2001 to 2002
During that time, we implemented cross-national network connections for our customers, including necessary safety standards and availability guaranties. In particular, this was about connections of branches throughout Europe with central offices in Munich, Berlin and Vienna (Virtual Private Network).
2002 to 2003
In 2002 we started providing our service and support to hospitals and organizations in the health care sector. in 2002, for instance, we took over the entire IT department of a hospital in the region of Starnberg near Munich, Germany. Again, the prerequisite for this was 24/7 on-site technical support and restructuring their entire EDP/IT landscape.
Projects in health care, e.g. implementation of a complete hospital information system (e.g. Prompt and medicare) including individual functional areas, documentation structure, expansion of support and customer structure in health care with regard to larger practices and outpatient surgery facilities.
2004 to 2006
Implementation of virtual solutions in our customers' production environments. The extensive projects include:
Development cooperation with an HIS manufacturer(scheduling, integral analysis and service tracking system across hospitals); implementation of an extensive WLAN in a hospital (reference project with Siemens); database projects (e.g. KMS, Diamant, iSoft, etc.); implementation of warehousing, organization and (automated) order software and material management systems; conceptual design and implementation of customized repair software (building equipment and appliances) incl. maintenance plans and network restructuring; implementation of a QA system in other medical areas; implementation of a dictation system.
2007 to 2008
Development of data protection safeguard concepts for our ccustomers.
Carried out training programs and rendered project support in data protection and quality management nationwide.
Appointed external data protection supervisor. Develop software, evaluations and certified expert reports (e.g. acceptances).
